MaintainX is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

Reporting to the Team Lead Talent, your primary focus will be building pipelines, and coordinating all stages of our recruitment process. The ideal candidate would have proven experience partnering with Talent Acquisition Partners, and supporting them in coordination of all stages of the recruitment process including but not limited to calendar/scheduling management, building pipelines via sourcing, and supporting with candidate communication. This role will also partner with local universities, be in charge of spreading the word and educating students about our company and current career opportunities and find the best talent for our teams.

Kindly note this role is for a one year contract until May 2025.

What you’ll do:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various platforms and tools to actively source and attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media channels, and professional networking sites, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified individuals for recruiters to engage with.
  • Administrative Support: Post job openings, assist Talent Partner with administrative tasks such as maintaining and updating candidate databases (greenhouse), submitting candidate background checks, conducting reference checks, and organizing recruitment-related documentation.
  • Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment activities and provide insights for process improvement.
  • Interview Coordination: Facilitate the interview process by scheduling candidate interviews with hiring managers and coordinating logistics.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Collaborate with Talent Partners and HR teams to facilitate the onboarding process for newly hired candidates, ensuring a smooth transition from recruitment to employment.

About you:

  • 1 year of HR or talent acquisition experience (ideally within a high growth company)
  • Have a passion for networking
  • Effective communicator who enjoys networking with others
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience sourcing for various positions and highly technical roles
  • Demonstrable record of using creative sourcing approaches, including applying new or unique strategies to attract diverse talent
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and the Talent team
