The Referee Development Manager is responsible for leading the ongoing development of Volleyball BC’s referee pathway, ensuring that programs, systems, and initiatives support the recruitment, education, progression, and retention of referees across British Columbia. This role provides both strategic leadership and operational oversight to strengthen the referee system, improve the overall referee experience, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality officiating throughout the province.
Reporting to the Manager, Pathway Development, the Referee Development Manager leads the development and implementation of Volleyball BC’s Referee Development Plan in support of the organization’s pathway strategy.
