Building Operator Our client is looking for a Building Operator to support daily operations across a mixed real estate portfolio. This role is hands on and ideal for someone who’s solid with building systems, tenant service, and preventative maintenance. Key Duties: • Respond to tenant service calls and resolve issues promptly • Perform preventative & corrective maintenance (HVAC, BAS, life safety, etc.)• Conduct regular building inspections • Oversee contractors, scheduled maintenance, and equipment repairs • Maintain fire/life safety logs and support OH&S compliance • Handle minor repairs, climate concerns, and emergency snow/ice response • Manage inventory, supplies, and support budget recommendations • Provide strong tenant service and maintain ongoing communication • On-call availability for building emergencies What You Need: • Strong mechanical aptitude + experience with building systems • Working knowledge of HVAC, BAS, security, and preventative maintenance • Familiarity with building/fire codes • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work flexible hours • Valid Driver’s Licence + access to your own vehicle is required If you’d like the full job description, please email your resume to: sal@jobsearchcanada.ca
