Êtes-vous prêt à diriger une équipe dynamique dans plusieurs disciplines et à fournir un travail exceptionnel aux clients estimés de Grantek? En tant que directeur des opérations, vous serez impliqué tout au long du cycle de vie du projet, de la vente à l'exécution et à la gestion.
Responsabilités
- Superviser le cycle de vie complet du projet, en appliquant la méthodologie de gestion de projet Grantek pour lancer, planifier, exécuter, surveiller, contrôler et clôturer les projets.
- Favorisez la réussite des projets en suivant les performances par rapport aux indicateurs définis du tableau de bord et en livrant des projets qui non seulement respectent les délais et les budgets, mais dépassent les attentes.
- Maintenir des normes élevées de qualité de travail et donner la priorité à des expériences client exceptionnelles.
- Contribuer activement à l'élaboration des propositions et saisir de nouvelles opportunités.
- Cultiver une culture d'amélioration continue et d'innovation au sein de l'équipe.
- Inspirer et diriger l'équipe pour qu'elle dépasse les objectifs du projet, y compris les objectifs de facturation et les normes de qualité.
- Donnez la priorité à des expériences client exceptionnelles en entretenant des relations avec les clients et en répondant à leurs besoins.
- Fournir un soutien actif à l'élaboration de propositions et à la recherche d'opportunités.
- Favoriser une culture d'amélioration continue et d'innovation au sein de l'équipe.
- Restez à jour sur les nouvelles technologies et les tendances commerciales émergentes, en effectuant des recherches sur l'industrie et des analyses de marché.
- Expérience en opérations, en gestion de projet ou en ventes
- Avoir un minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion d'opérations/de projets
- Possède au moins un des éléments suivants:B.Sc. Diplôme en informatique, en ingénierie connexe ou en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement
- Maîtrise du PMM, des processus de vente et des principes de conception technique.
- Expérience dans la gestion d'équipes de petite et moyenne taille.
- Solides compétences en leadership, en communication, en résolution de problèmes et en prise de décision.
- Esprit centré sur le client et axé sur la fourniture d'excellentes expériences client.
- flexible avec les déplacements, qui peuvent aller jusqu'à 10 % en dehors du district.
