As we continue to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward.Position Overview:We are looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of The Canadian Salsa Dance Corporation. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering excellence. This role will involve managing various aspects of our operations, including logistics, administration, and customer experience, to ensure the seamless execution of our dance classes, events, and performances.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement efficient operational processes to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.- Manage the scheduling and coordination of dance classes, workshops, and events, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and facilities.- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure timely supply of dance equipment, merchandise, and other materials.- Collaborate with instructors, performers, and staff to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality experiences to our customers.- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed expectations and enhance customer satisfaction.- Support senior management in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting to achieve organizational goals and objectives.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (preferred).- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, with a track record of success in driving operational efficiency and excellence.- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.- Knowledge of the dance industry or a passion for dance is a plus.Why Join Us:At The Canadian Salsa Dance Corporation, we offer a dynamic and inclusive work environment where you can make a meaningful impact and be part of a passionate team that shares your love for dance.
