Our reputable client is looking to bring on an Accounting and Administrative Coordinator to support their busy, service-based office located in Calgary.
Working alongside a fast-paced, work hard/play hard team, the perfect candidate will bring with them previous accounting and administrative experience to jump in and hit the ground running.
Organizing and entering data into Sage 100
Dealing with purchase orders, reconciliations, invoicing, etc.
Managing materials and inventory
Answering phone calls
Coordinating shipping and receiving
General administrative support for the office
Supporting the accounting team wherever needed
A minimum of 3+ years experience in an Accounting position is required
Base Salary: $25-28 per hour
~ Monday to Friday
~This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
