The Client Executive in our Commercial Risk Solutions practice is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of mid-market and complex commercial clients across a broad range of industries. This role focuses on delivering strategic risk management solutions, leading client relationships, and coordinating sophisticated insurance programs across multiple lines of coverage. It is ideal for a seasoned broker who combines technical expertise with strong commercial acumen and a client-first mindset.
Manage and expand an existing portfolio of commercial clients across diverse industries (e.g., manufacturing, real estate, retail, tech, financial institutions, public sector) delivering proactive, tailored insurance solutions
Conduct policy reviews, coverage gap analyses, benchmarking, and loss history evaluations to develop integrated, client-specific risk management strategies
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients by acting as a trusted advisor and providing guidance on evolving risk exposures, market trends, and emerging insurance solutions
Lead insurer marketing, negotiations, and renewals in collaboration with internal specialists to secure competitive terms and structure optimal programs
Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell relevant products, including Property, Casualty, Umbrella/Excess, Management Liability (D&O, EPL), Cyber, and Specialty Lines
Maintain an active sales pipeline aligned with growth objectives and client retention goals
Support and mentor team members, contributing to a collaborative, high-performance client service environment
Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery, reinforcing the firm’s reputation as a market leader in commercial insurance
Monitor and manage receivables to maintain accurate client accounts and strong financial relationships
Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial insurance brokering or underwriting, ideally with exposure to complex, multi-line accounts
Strong technical knowledge across core commercial coverages, including Property, Casualty and Management liability
Proven ability to build and sustain senior-level client relationship using a consultative, solutions-based approach
Demonstrated success in business development, client retention and cross-selling within commercial insurance environment
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Self-directed, commercially minded and committed to ongoing professional development and market awareness
