Lead Educator

As the Clinical Educator/Practice Lead, you’ll provide clinical consultation, education, quality assurance and improvement supports while navigating change and disseminating best practices through education and training.
*In your role as the Clinical Educator/Practice Lead at Baptist Housing, you are instrumental in driving clinical education and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services. You meticulously review quality-focused data, identifying areas for improvement, and spearhead the development and implementation of education and quality improvement plans. Your expertise ensures compliance with professional, legal industry standards and organizational requirements. You will serve our Sun Pointe, Mill Creek, and Smith Creek Village communities.
*Graduated from a recognized school of nursing and is registered with BCCNM.
* 5 years' experience with adult education or clinical instruction.
* With a background in healthcare and extensive experience in quality management, education, and program leadership, you possess a deep understanding of industry standards and regulations. You thrive in dynamic environments, demonstrating expertise in risk management, quality assurance, and change dynamics. Your dedication to modelling Baptist Housing's values, coupled with your proficiency in technology and gerontology expertise, makes you an invaluable asset to our team and community.
