We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and creative Graphic Design & Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about taking their career to the next level. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Lead to transform strategies into captivating designs. You will be responsible for creating a wide range of materials, from print to digital, leading social media initiatives, and much more.

Graphic Design
Create compelling and visually stunning graphics for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and online ads.
Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters to support marketing and promotional activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts and campaigns.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
Social Media Marketing
Lead the organic social media marketing strategy for our clients, driving follower growth and engagement.
Research and curate cutting-edge content for various social media platforms.
Create social content calendars for each client.
Develop and schedule content based on the social calendar.
Review and gain approval for all content with the Marketing Lead and client teams.
Advise the team on social strategies to enhance client social programs effectiveness.
Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
Build a repository of inspirational content for future planning.

Email Marketing
Gain and maintain a solid understanding of email marketing best practices and regulations, including CASL.
Develop the email marketing calendar in collaboration with the Business Lead and team
Develop creative content for engaging emails.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year experience in Graphic Design.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print materials.
Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
Expertise in various social channels and their advertising platforms.
Knowledgeable about the latest social media features, trends, and engagement strategies.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Mailchimp or Salesforce.
