We support a wide range of car models, ensuring a perfect fit and superior performance.TuxMat is crafted from high-quality materials and feature innovative designs to withstand wear and tear, repel water and spills, and maintain their appearance over time.As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Creative Director to join our team to shape the visual identity and creative strategy of TuxMat.Job Description:The Creative Director will be pivotal in defining the brand’s voice across all channels, including product design, advertising, and digital content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading creative teams, a deep understanding of brand storytelling, and a passion for innovation.Responsibilities:Brand Vision & Strategy: Develop and articulate a strong creative vision that aligns with TuxMat’s objectives and goals.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creatives to deliver innovative and cohesive creative work.Product Design Oversight: Collaborate with product teams to ensure new product designs align with TuxMat’s brand ethos and meet market expectations.Campaign Development: Drive the creation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual aesthetics.Content Creation: Oversee the development of engaging content for all platforms, with the ability to craft compelling stories that are easy to understand and deliver them with confidence.Brand Guidelines: Establish and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.Market Research & Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, applying insights to keep the brand’s creative direction fresh and relevant.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align creative strategies with business goals.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within the automotive industry.A strong portfolio showcasing examples of work you created, and work you helped lead with others. It should show a range of ideas that demonstrate strong ideation, copywriting and art direction.Proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work on time.Ability to translate business objectives into creative strategies and effectively communicate ideas to stakeholders.Excellent attention to detail and highly organizedPassion for cars and automotive culture is highly desirable.Join us in our mission to become the leading car accessory brand in North America.
