We're seeking a highly motivated and resourceful individual to join our commercial lines team as an Account Executive. In this role, you'll have the chance to showcase your skills and make a significant impact on our business. You'll develop and acquire new business revenue from both new and existing clients in the insurance sectors or market areas. How You Will Affect the Business
Develop new business and manage client relationships, including interviewing clients for prospective risk exposures/issues and presenting quotes.
Plan and prioritize sales activities to achieve sales targets.
Own the client renewal process, arranging and attending appointments, and providing updated file information for renewal and/or re-marketing when necessary.
Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
~ Current RIBO License in good standing
~ Proven track record of attracting and retaining commercial clients.
~ Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
~ Proficiency in MS products including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe products.
Insurance designations and/or completed courses towards designations.
Client service and advocacy experience.
