About You:

As the E-commerce & Growth Coordinator, you are someone with a keen interest in E-commerce and Direct-to-Consumer marketing. You might be starting your career and looking to accelerate your learning. You are entrepreneurial, self-motivated, creative, and hungry to grow and develop your skills.

About the Role:

We are currently looking for an E-commerce & Growth Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in the development and execution of key marketing strategies for our D2C business across the US and Canada.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Work with the E-Commerce manager and marketing team to grow Partake’s Direct-to-Consumer channels, including driving new customer acquisition, and strengthening our customer retention funnel
  • Support planning, execution, and management of acquisition campaigns across various paid media channels
  • Coordinate and execute e-mail marketing campaigns, including strategy, segmentation, content creation, scheduling, and deployment while also developing and implementing tactics to grow email subscribers
  • Support the further development of our subscription, loyalty and referral programs and identify opportunities for growth
  • Support day-to-day management of e-commerce operations including inventory management, on-site merchandising, and updates to the website's content and product information
  • Own our customer experience workflow including managing and providing direction to the team when necessary
Qualifications & Skills
  • 1-2 years work experience preferably in the E-commerce/D2C space, whether from a co-op position or a first-time job
  • Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo (or similar email marketing platform) is highly desirable
  • Experience with paid media ads: Google, Meta and Amazon Ads is a strong asset
  • Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central is a strong asset
  • An understanding of the latest e-commerce trends and tools is an asset
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite and social media marketing/ influencer marketing is an asset
  • Ability to prioritize and focus (multi-tasking should be reserved for specific periods)
  • Must be tech-savvy. You are comfortable with technology and can troubleshoot when necessary
