Your Tasks

  • Lead and manage the preparation and maintenance of integrated and co-ordinated project programmes, enabling resource and material requirements to be forward planned to meet project deliverables,
  • Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function.
  • Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
  • Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions.
  • Interact with sales, product, and the customer to understand demand forecast drivers.
  • Create and maintain forecasting scorecard for meaningful discussions with customers.
  • Actively engage with peers to improve processes and methodologies.
Your Profile

  • University graduate, preferably from Engineering or Management disciplines
  • At least 7 years’ experience in Supply Planning and/or Demand Planning in FMCG, Pharmacy, Food industries
  • SAP/ R3 / APO knowledge is must
  • Fluent English, Proficiency in MS Office applications, advanced MS Excel is a must
  • MS Access, SQL and/or Visual Basic skills are plus
  • Team management experience
