Senior Legal Counsel, Client Experience

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to support our client’s after-sales service activities. You will play a strategic role in negotiating and drafting complex contracts, proactively managing risks, and advising internal clients on their business strategies.

Negotiate, draft, and review commercial contracts related to after-sales services (customer support, service agreements, supply contracts).
Manage claims and collaborate with the internal legal team handling litigation files.
Advise stakeholders on compliance and contract interpretation, directly impacting client and supplier relationships.
Develop and implement contract governance processes and provide training to reduce risks.
Occasional travel required.


State Bar, with a degree in civil and common law.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in commercial law or commercial litigation.
Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
Perfect bilingualism (French/English).
Proficiency in MS Office.
Asset: experience in competition law.
