Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Admissions and Community Engagement Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the admissions process, coordinating community engagement initiatives, and fostering positive relationships with prospective students, families, and community partners.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment, including application review, interviews, and enrollment decisions
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain students from diverse backgrounds
  • Coordinate open houses, campus tours, and other events to showcase the school to prospective families
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
  • Build and maintain relationships with local schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote the school and increase community engagement
  • Serve as a liaison between the school and prospective families, answering inquiries and providing information about the school's programs and offerings
  • Collect and analyze data related to admissions and community engagement activities to inform decision-making and improve outcomes

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, communications, marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in admissions, marketing, or community engagement preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for education and community engagement
