We are seeking an ERP and CRM Solutions Architect to join our team. This role is pivotal in designing and delivering innovative ERP and CRM strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. You will play a critical role in serving our clients towards streamlined processes and enhanced integration capabilities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Design and develop customized ERP and CRM strategies that integrate seamlessly with client business operations.

 

  • Lead the architecture and implementation of ERP and CRM systems across various client projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological compatibility.

 

  • Provide expert guidance on the selection and deployment of ERP and CRM platforms.

 

  • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to ensure requirements are accurately translated into functional and efficient system designs.

 

  • Ensure compliance with data quality, security, and regulatory standards within all client ERP and CRM implementations.

 

  • Perform system audits and evaluations for clients, recommending enhancements that optimize performance and scalability.

 

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in ERP and CRM technologies, incorporating cutting-edge solutions into client projects.

 

  • Conduct training sessions for clients, ensuring users are well-equipped to utilize the new systems effectively.

 

  • Prepare detailed documentation and system guides for client reference.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

 

  • Extensive experience in ERP and CRM systems design and implementation, with professional certifications highly regarded.
  • Demonstrable capability in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams in a consulting environment.

 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage client relationships and expectations.

 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
