Key Responsibilities:

Work with diverse departments, extracting key insights to pinpoint areas for innovation. Strategize with the Product Management team to scale and prioritize projects that will revolutionize our workflow. Architect innovative solutions by melding requirements with the latest in tech tools. Champion the deployment of smart, creative low-code solutions, leading the charge towards digital excellence. Navigate the management of external vendors and internal developers, ensuring all moving parts are synchronized. Wear multiple hats: from Product Manager to Developer to ultimate Solutions Architect—drive comprehensive solutions from the drawing board to reality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of technical integration and seamless communication across the company.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience in Solutions Architecture, with a portfolio of tech solutions that have transformed businesses. Advanced knowledge of CRM methodologies and CRM systems. Experience with Zoho CRM and its suite of products is highly desirable. Adept at sculpting robust applications on low-code platforms. A communicator of the highest order, fluent in the language of tech and teamwork. Savvy with SQL and database ecosystems. Problem-solving is your passion, and you approach every challenge with a curious mind and a solution-oriented arsenal.
