Vaco is hiring for a global client that is looking for a strong, Product Specialist, who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of systems and providing exceptional support to our users. Collaborating closely with engineers and technicians, you'll proactively monitor alerts, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively with internal management and technical teams. In addition, you will produce clear technical documentation, which includes user manuals, release notes, project plans, and support documentation. Your ability to transform technical concepts into accessible, straightforward, and user-friendly content is crucial.

Position responsibilities:

  • Help solve operational problems.
  • Monitor the function of software releases and assign alerts to the appropriate team members.
  • Act as a front-line warrior in the identification of alerts and follow up on tickets in over 6000 US stores.
  • Act in both pro-active and reactive manner to assess issues and create ad hoc solutions.
  • Decipher problems and translate them into straightforward, polished, engagingly communicated solutions.
  • Lead meetings and train others on problems and resolutions.
  • Gain a deep understanding of products and services while documenting process steps to help engineers debug the problem and to create documentation.
  • Develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
  • Assess of making use of AI tools for client support.
Experience required:
  • Highly organized and motivated.

  • Ability to organize workload, prioritize incoming requests and learn on the fly.
  • Adaptable.
  • Results-oriented with an aptitude for self-development.
  • Willingness to embrace and quickly grasp new concepts in technology.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills: clarity, precision, consistency, conciseness, and keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into simple, easy-to-understand documentation.
  • Understand a variety of audiences to tailor to their needs and expertise.
  • Strong organizational skills and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced enforcement.
  • High proficiency in Word, Excel, and other MS Office Suite software.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in grammar, punctuation, and style.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
