En rejoignant notre équipe, vous serez responsable d'effectuer, dans le système maison, tous les types de transactions reliés aux traitements reçus des différents clients, de faire les traitements assignés par le gestionnaire dans DAVE et d'assurer la conformité avec les informations contenues dans notre système de gestion ou dans les traités. Aussi, vous aurez à v alider les cessions des sinistres au moment de la réclamation et à p rocéder au traitement électronique de fichiers ainsi qu'à l’analyse des données.

Responsabilités principales

Administration des traitements automatisés

  • Analyser les résultats des fichiers transmis électroniquement
  • Analyser le repérage de dossiers d’assurés identiques («partial match»)
  • Identifier et faire le suivi de nouveaux codes de produits («mapping»)
  • Identifier et faire le suivi des dossiers de tarification

Production et validation des données

  • Valider l’intégrité des données
  • Effectuer l’émission et les changements reçus en respectant les procédures établies
  • Préparer et analyser la répartition de risque
  • Auto approbation de $100K et moins de nouvelles affaires et modifications
  • Faire la première vérification pour les réclamations et le suivi des dossiers en attente («awaiting premium»)

Analyse des cas et des primes

  • Vérifier et valider les écarts entre les primes reçues et les primes à recevoir au moment de la validation des sinistres ORE
  • Vérifier et valider les données reçues avec les primes générées par le système, au moment d’émissions et de modifications

Service à la clientèle

  • Apporter le soutien requis à la clientèle interne et externe
  • Communiquer avec les clients advenant des écarts et faire les suivis nécessaires auprès d’eux
  • Faire l’analyse et préparer l’ébauche de la communication
Expérience / Formation
  • DEC en administration, option finances/comptabilité/assurances
  • Connaissance intermédiaire à avancée d’Excel
  • Expérience en assurance/réassurance un atout
