Concrètement, à quoi ressemble r ont t es journées ?

Tu seras un ·e acteur ·trice important ·e dans notre stratégie de gestion des données et de protection des renseignements personnels. Tu contribueras ainsi à plusieurs projets innovants et à la réalisation d’évaluations des facteurs relatifs à la vie privée (EFVP), en soutien et sous la supervision des affaires juridiques.

  • Documenter et cartographier, à l’aide de OneTrust et Excel, la collecte, l’utilisation, le partage et le stockage des renseignements personnels ;

  • Maintenir à jour les inventaires suivants :

  • Points de collecte de renseignements personnels ;

  • Processus de collecte, d’utilisation, de conservation ou de partage de renseignements personnels ;

  • Actifs informationnels utilisés dans le traitement de renseignements personnels ;

  • Transferts de renseignements personnels à l’extérieur du Québec et du Canada ;

  • Fournisseurs de services impliqués dans le traitement de renseignements personnels .

  • Su pporter les usagers de la plateforme OneTrust dans leur recherche d’information, leurs questions, voir même la résolution de leurs problèmes techniques ;

  • Soutenir les secteurs d’affaires dans la réalisation des évaluations des facteurs relatifs à la vie privée ( EFVP ) , en les aidant à documenter les descriptions de projets, activités de traitement, flux de données et objectifs poursuivis ;

  • Assurer un suivi des mesures de contrôle identifiées dans les EFVP auprès des responsables désignés .

Ce qu’il te faut pour être Analyste en protection des données chez nous ?

  • Détenir un b accalauréat en administration des affaires ou droit ;

  • Avoir au moins 2 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire ;

  • Avoir une maitrise d’Excel de niveau intermédiaire;

  • Expérience avec la plateforme OneTrust , un atout ;

  • Expérience dans la documentation et la cartographie de données ou de processus;

  • Avoir un grand souci du détail et de la qualité ;

  • Avoir une bonne capacité de synthèse ainsi qu’un bon jugement ;

  • Être responsable, autodidacte et autonome ;

  • Aimer le travail d’équipe ;

  • Être capable de communiquer efficacement et avoir une bonne écoute;

  • Faire preuve d’adaptabilité lors de situations imprévues et de changements ;

  • Connaissances dans le domaine immobilier , un atout .
