Job Description

About the Company

We provide fleet management software and consulting, offering advanced solutions that drive efficiency and profitability for fleet and field service companies. We help companies track their vehicles through GPS tracking, sensors, and cameras through scalable software that integrates across various platforms. Our mission: is to provide companies with software and products to help them run their business.

Our services include:

Custom Software Development: custom fleet management software that works across devices, at scale

Marketplace Integration: an app store of tools that integrates with current fleet management software.

Specialized Consultation: certified consultants that guide businesses from ideation to software deployment.

Beyond improving productivity, our software also ensures our customers meet road regulations, and can make data-driven management and hiring decisions.

We work with fleet operations organizations across many industries, including government, education and aviation. We've streamlined snow plowing for governments, given parents a way to track school buses, and collaborated with airlines to improve ground logistics.

Emirates Airline: tracking vehicles and optimizing ground handling at the airport (supported by our Dubai office)

City of San Antonio (Texas), State of Nevada, State of Oregon: overseeing and optimizing municipal vehicle operations and large-scale regional vehicle fleets

What We're Looking For in an Ideal Candidate

We seek a candidate with a proven track record in enterprise sales, adept at building and sustaining client relationships. Your strategic acumen, coupled with the ability to customize solutions for diverse industries, will be the catalyst for success. Exceptional communication skills and a knack for elucidating technical concepts are a must, especially for candidates with prior experience in technology-enabled enterprise sales, ideally in software, SaaS, or the B2B sectors.

This position reports directly to the Head of Sales.

You’ll be doing things like:

Client Engagement: Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential enterprise clients. Grasp client needs and effectively position GoFleet's solutions as essential for achieving operational excellence.

Sales Strategy: Devise and implement a strategic sales plan aimed at exceeding targets. Collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor solutions that precisely address the unique challenges within each industry.

Communication and Collaboration : Articulate the value proposition of GoFleet's products and services effectively. Collaborate seamlessly with marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment between client needs and product capabilities.

Market Research : Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings. Provide valuable feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement of products and services.

Reporting and Analysis: Track and report key sales metrics, delivering regular updates to the leadership team. Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and areas for sustained growth.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 5-8 years in enterprise-level sales, preferably in the software, SaaS, or B2B sectors.

Knowledge: Understanding of telematics and IoT technologies is a plus.

Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Hubspot, Salesforce).

Effective time management and organizational skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Full-time vs Part-time: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience and performance.

25% of the time will be travelling and meeting clients (US/Canada)
