The Coordinator, Sales will work closely with the Vice President, Sales Operations to support the wholesaling operations of Lysander Funds. The Coordinator, Sales will have a drive to succeed, high attention to detail and the ability to manage different projects concurrently. This role will work across business lines and with outside vendors and affiliates.

This is a full-time role working from the Toronto office of Lysander Funds.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Vice President, Sales Operations across several business functions by providing strategy and execution support.
  • Project Management including strategic sales and marketing, French translation, internal IT projects and CRM system management.
  • Assist in the development and execution of presentations and marketing materials with compliance department.
  • Internal Communications; assist in managing materials and communicating to team.
  • External Communications; assist in the crafting and communication of corporate messaging through mass email and social media.
  • Acts as liaison between internal working groups and external partners as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Completed or working towards Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
  • Good organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • High quality written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Sharepoint) and general comfort with business software including CRM.
  • Bilingual in English and French would be considered a strong asset.
