Conduct cold calls and door-to-door sales to identify potential clients and opportunities.
Build and sustain long-term client relationships, functioning as a trusted advisor and consultant.
Diligently track and document metrics throughout the sales process to facilitate data-driven strategies.
Meet and exceed set financial targets, contributing to the company's overall financial health.
Remain abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape to position HeitechSoft advantageously.
Qualifications
~ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
~2-3 years of relevant business experience.
~ Robust written and verbal communication skills.
~ Exceptional organizational abilities.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
~ Experience harnessing financial data to influence strategic decisions.
~ Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
~ Proven track record of targeting and acquiring medium-sized businesses.
~ Experienced in cold calling and door-to-door sales.
~ General understanding of the web and software development industry, along with IT services.
~ Demonstrated ability to develop and evolve sales strategies in alignment with business goals.

Compensation:
In lieu of a base salary we offer a very lucrative, no cap limit commission structure that rewards performance and fosters growth.
