For more information, please visit Job Title: ServiceNow Technical LeadLocation: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)Job Description:Responsible for the overall design, mapping of client business requirements and ensuring smooth project delivery. The role is required to work with clients to assess current state processes and tools, identify ServiceNow platform solution options, define ServiceNow solution requirements, determine and define integration requirements, and develop overall architecture and implementation plans.Key Responsibilitieso Responsible for the overall architecture, design, implementation, and integrity of the ServiceNow application within client’s organization and its commercial engagements.o Responsible for ensuring the solution delivered is engineered in accordance with corporate architecture and infrastructure standards.o In charge of driving the rollouts of new apps and modules, capable of enhancing configuration and workflows initiated within projects or change requestso Works closely & guide ServiceNow Dev team to deliver successful solutions. o Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert for Client Proposal RFPso Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept / Proof of Value engagements with clients.Experience and Skills Required:o 3+ Years of ServiceNow Technical Lead or Architect Experience o 8+ Years of overall ServiceNow Experience o Good understanding of industry standards and practices o Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, and JSON)o Expert Experience in CMDB o Experience with the SDLC processes.o Experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementations.o Experience as a key technical resource leading the development and delivery of ServiceNow ITOM / CMDB solutions.o Expert level proficiency in ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management)/CMDB product line.o Experience in developing customized patterns, probes and sensors for Discovery and Service Mapping.Disclaimer :L&T Infotech has an accommodation process in place and provides accommodations for applicants with disabilities.
