Provide technical guidance to clients, helping them maximize the benefits of our software.
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to seamlessly implement and optimize our solutions.
Manage and resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer service.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role in a technology-focused company.
Strong technical acumen and ability to troubleshoot software issues.
Proficient in French and English. Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
