Job Title: Customer Success Advocate (base salary + commission)
Location: Hybrid (Montreal office for the first 2-3 months + remote thereafter)

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Advocate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong background in customer service and health coaching. This role requires the ability to engage with our members through phone and email interactions, providing white glove service to ensure their satisfaction and success. 

Respond promptly to member inquiries and concerns via phone and email, ensuring a positive and helpful experience. 
Empathetic and compassionate demeanor, with a genuine desire to help others achieve their goals. 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 

Hybrid work opportunity, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
