Reporting to the Agency Director, the Growth Advisor will be responsible for proposing a wide range of digital marketing solutions such as SEO, PPC, Email, technology and web design, and onboarding and closing new business through inbound and outbound initiatives. 

Due to the extensive growth in our industry, Soulpepper is expanding its sales team and is looking to hire a highly motivated, and result-driven individual to join our team. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Communicate effectively to prospects and leads through video call or over the phone
  • Close contracts once all prospects needs have been identified and addressed with proven solutions
  • Perform cold outreach and receive inbound calls from customer leads and inquiries regarding our services
  • Consistent achiever and the ability to meet sales quota and expectations
  • Adjust content of sales presentations to reflect changing needs and expectations from our customers
  • Ensure timely and accurate recording, tracking and reporting of sales activities through our CRM
  • Provide an accurate forecast of sales results and continuously manage sales renewals and upgrades
  • Perform current merchant analysis of clients’ needs and provide a proven and effective solution
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problem and developing solutions
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Update Daily, weekly and monthly reports using internal CRM and other systems
  • Ensure to hit daily, weekly and monthly outreach quotas such as but not limited to cold calls, cold email and other outbound metrics.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Digital marketing knowledge and experience preferred (SEO, PPC, Content Marketing, Web Development)
  • 2-5 years of industry sales experience, preferably in the digital marketing sector
  • Hands on closing experience
  • Experience and knowledge using a CRM
  • Experience in a high volume and fast paced industry
  • Experience conducting cold calls and supporting inbound inquiries
  • Proficient with Google products and technologically savvy
  • Experience in identifying prospective clients through various marketing channels
  • Strong team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude and passion for excellence
  • Wants to learn and grow in the field of online marketing.
  • Ability to multi task and comfortably interact with other departments
