Job Summary: IronConnect is looking for an Inventory Consultant to join our growing sales team covering a territory of Western Canada. Your main responsibilities will be expanding our dealer network in Western Canada, securing new customers, renewing existing customers, and upselling existing customers on new product rollouts.

This position will be co-employed with an established, local Employer of Record (EOR). Expand IronConnect’s dealer network across Western Canadian provinces.
Deepen relationships with existing accounts, ensuring site engagement and utilization, to drive renewals.
Responsible for every stage of the sales cycle, to include prospecting, performing product demos, presenting pricing proposals, negotiating/closing sales and onboarding.
Use tools within the IronConnect platform to prioritize and document sales efforts.
Seeking 3+ years sales experience, ideally in a heavy equipment or software (SaaS) environment.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Comfort with all aspects of the sales process including cold calling, consultative/solution selling, product demonstrations, negotiations, onboarding, etc.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
