  • Creation and maintenance of BIM documentation for project design and execution
  • Supporting Project Managers and construction staff with coordination, materials ordering, and site logistics
  • Intermediate-level use of Autodesk REVIT, with experience in MEP modeling and coordination
  • Collaboration with consultants and trades to create fully coordinated documentation
  • Material and equipment logistics, including ordering, shipment, and tracking
Requirements:
  • Direct construction experience with MEP mechanical and underground piping and equipment layout and installation
  • Experience with BIM documentation in a construction-execution environment
  • Excellent computer and interpersonal communication skills, as well as organizational ability
  • Working competence with all aspects of REVIT, including cloud-based coordination and project templates
