Global Wealth & Asset Management (GWAM), operating under the brand Manulife Investment Management (MIM), is a key growth segment within Manulife and operates in 19 geographies across North America, Asia, and Europe. The Senior Strategy Analyst will play a key role within the team, supporting the development and execution of the overall strategy, growth, and transformation of the MIM franchises. Support the development of presentations for various internal audiences (including but not limited to the GWAM Leadership Team, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors)
Conduct comprehensive analyses of market trends, competitor activities, industry dynamics and M&A
Engage with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, business units, and functional teams, to gather insights, align objectives, and facilitate decision-making
Support strategic projects and initiatives
Support the annual strategic planning process
Develop and mentor other junior analysts on the team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
~4+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or a related field.
~ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and market research.
~ Knowledge of the wealth management and asset management industry preferred.
