Associate Lawyer
We are looking for a lawyer with 3-5 years of experience in litigation or tribunal advocacy. Private sector, Government lawyers or in-house litigation counsel, this could be a great opportunity for you We are looking for someone who truly wants to learn and work in a team-centred environment where people pitch in to help and work collaboratively together. We are looking for an early-career lawyer who has excellent writing skills, an interest or experience in litigation, and a willingness to learn. We pride ourselves on a positive workplace that provides high quality legal services. To that end, we are dedicated to mentorship within the firm and are committed to working with our people to become confident and skilled lawyers.

Role Description - lawyer
This is a full or part-time hybrid role for an Associate lawyer, based in mid-town Toronto, ON. The role involves working with clients in construction negotiation or litigation matters, tribunal proceedings (LAT, HRTO, regulatory discipline committees), preparing legal documents, conducting research, reviewing documents. Flexible hybrid arrangement for both in-office (in our beautiful space in a fully-converted Victorian house) and work from home.

Qualifications - lawyer
Strong written and oral advocacy skills, and the drive to continually learn and improve
Experience in civil litigation or tribunal proceedings is a must
Associate Paralegal

This is a full or part-time hybrid role for a Paralegal Associate, based in Toronto, ON. The role involves conducting prosecutions, tribunal proceedings, preparing legal documents, conducting research, reviewing documents, and effective communication within the team and with clients. Some work from home is acceptable, offering a balance of in-office and remote work.
