Notre équipe d’expériences immersives est à la recherche d’un directeur/directrice de production visionnaire et détenant une solide expérience. Dans le cadre de ce rôle, vous superviserez l’ensemble du processus de production, assurant ainsi la fluidité d’exécution des expériences immersives, du concept à la réalisation. Votre direction créative, votre expertise en production et vos compétences en gestion de projets contribueront à créer des concepts percutants et inoubliables.
Responsabilités :
Stratégie de production :
- Concevoir, mettre en œuvre et gérer des systèmes audiovisuels avancés, y compris des installations AR/VR et des médias interactifs, en veillant à l'intégration transparente du matériel et des logiciels.
- Créer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de production complète pour les expériences immersives, en s'alignant sur la vision et les objectifs créatifs de l'entreprise.
- Élaborer des calendriers de projets, gérer les ressources et veiller à ce que les projets soient livrés dans les délais, en respectant les budgets. t dans le respect du budget.
Supervision du projet :
- Superviser tous les aspects techniques de la production d'expériences immersives, y compris la conception des décors, l'intégration des technologies, les effets spéciaux, les solutions matérielles et logicielles afin d'assurer une fonctionnalité sans faille tout au long de l'expérience.
- Superviser le montage et le démontage des événements, en veillant à l'exécution dans les délais et à la résolution des problèmes techniques pour assurer le bon déroulement des opérations.
Direction d’équipe :
- Diriger et gérer une équipe multidisciplinaire composée d’artistes, de designers, de techniciens et techniciennes et de personnel de production.
- Favoriser un environnement de travail collaboratif et innovant tout en encourageant la créativité et l’excellence.
Gestion des ressources :
- Gérer et attribuer efficacement les ressources, y compris le personnel, l’équipement et le matériel.
- Collaborer avec les prestataires et les sous-traitants pour se doter des matériaux et services nécessaires.
- Établir et gérer les budgets de production, surveiller les dépenses et assurer la transparence financière.
- Déterminer les options de réduction des coûts sans toutefois compromettre la qualité.
Contrôle de qualité :
- Maintenir des normes de qualité de production élevées tout au long du processus.
- Effectuer des inspections et des contrôles de qualité réguliers pour garantir l’excellence de la conception et de l’exécution.
Conformité à la sécurité :
- Veiller à ce que tous les aspects de la production respectent les règles et directives de sécurité.
- Mettre en œuvre des protocoles de gestion des risques pour atténuer les dangers potentiels.
Communication et production de rapports :
- Préconiser des modes de communication clairs et ouverts au sein de l’équipe de production et avec les autres divisions.
- Produire des rapports périodiques à la haute direction et aux parties prenantes.
Compétences et aptitudes requises :
- Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en production théâtrale, en gestion, en production cinématographique ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Vaste expérience dans la production d’expériences immersives, y compris une expérience avérée et concluante dans la réalisation de projets à grande échelle.
- Solides compétences en direction et en gestion de personnel.
- Capacités exceptionnelles en matière de gestion de projets et d’organisation.
- Maîtrise de la gestion budgétaire et de l’allocation des ressources.
- Connaissance approfondie des aspects techniques et créatifs liés aux expériences immersives.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, en résolution de problèmes et en prise de décisions.
- Familiarité avec les règles de sécurité et les normes de l’industrie en matière d’expériences immersives.
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Production Director to lead the technical development of our immersive experiences. You will oversee the production process, ensuring the seamless execution of immersive experiences from concept to realization. Your leadership, production expertise and project management skills will be instrumental in creating captivating and unforgettable journeys for our audiences.
Responsibilities:
Production Strategy:
- Design, implement, and manage advanced AV systems, including AR/VR setups and interactive media, ensuring seamless hardware and software integration.
- Create and execute a comprehensive production strategy for immersive experiences, aligning with the company's creative vision and objectives.
- Develop project timelines, manage resources, and ensure delivery of projects on schedule and within budget.
Project Oversight:
- Oversee all technical aspects of immersive experience production, including set design, technology integration, special effects, hardware & software solutions to ensure seamless functionality across the experience.
- Oversee the setup and teardown of events, ensuring timely execution and resolution of technical challenges for smooth operations.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor technical & production teams while collaborating with clients to deliver tailored AV solutions and ongoing support.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative working environment, encouraging creativity and excellence.
Resource Management:
- Manage and allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to source necessary materials and services.
- Create and manage production budgets, track expenses, and maintain financial transparency.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Quality Control:
- Maintain high production quality standards throughout the entire process.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure excellence in design and execution.
Safety Compliance:
- Ensure that all aspects of production adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
- Implement risk management protocols to mitigate potential hazards.
Communication and Reporting:
- Maintain clear and open communication channels within the production team and with other departments.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Theater Production, Event Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in immersive experience production, including a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
- In-depth knowledge of technical and aspects of immersive experiences and/or theatre production.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards in immersive experiences.
- Bilingual French/English
