An energetic, fun, and busy Oakville real estate company is looking for a Client Coordinator & Marketing Assistant.
You should know that we're not the typical real estate company, our name alone, Rock Star Real Estate, says that.
You will be working directly with a team who have used a number of offline and online marketing strategies to build a multi-million dollar business, listed as one of Canada's fastest growing for five consecutive years.
You will be directly involved in a variety of projects and tasks, doing things like:

Managing a client membership program of 1,000 people by responding to phone and email requests.
Coordinating a variety of ongoing training classes in our offices & online over Zoom.
Implementing email and social media marketing messaging and strategies across multiple platforms.
Administer our online client portal with updated events, media, and announcements.
Coordinate client requests with our sales team to ensure proper service levels.
Plan & Coordinate offsite events ranging from 100 to 1,000 attendees.
Handle incoming real estate-related enquiries
Administer, assemble & mail-out various marketing materials
We are looking for a Rock Star Client Coordinator & Marketing Assistant with some specific skills. Someone who thrives off community building.
Must be comfortable on the phone.
An uncanny ability to look at problems and think of creative and efficient ways to overcome them.
The ability to work independently in a results-oriented environment while meeting deadlines and service levels.
This is a full-time position and will be at our Oakville office.
Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM.
You will be exposed to and involved in all aspects of business building with a focus on client support and operations. So although we work hard, we do it in a casual, fun environment.
