As our frontline representative, you'll directly interact with customers across multiple channels, ensuring each interaction results in an exceptional service experience.

This full-time, in-person multifaceted role extends beyond traditional customer service duties. Reporting directly to the founders, you’ll also collaborate with the marketing/social media team to authentically shape the Landish brand experience. 

NOTE: Candidates without prior experience with DTC e-commerce brands will not be considered.

Follow established guidelines for tone, language, and service standards to maintain consistent customer experience.


Provide Exceptional Customer Service:
~ Offer exemplary service to prospective, new, and existing customers efficiently and courteously.


Resolve inquiries through various communication channels such as phone calls, live chat, email, Facebook, Instagram, and text messages. These channels are managed through Landish’s centralized CRM and social media platforms.


Edit and manage customer orders and subscriptions using platforms like Shopify, Recharge, and Landish’s ERP software.


Ensure prompt collection of payments from customers and manage outstanding balances efficiently and courteously.


Remain up-to-date on all customer-facing initiatives such as events, promotions, and website changes.
FAQ Database Management:
Have a thorough understanding of the FAQ database to reference it promptly during customer interactions.
Administrative & Office Management:
~ Manage general office tasks such as welcoming visitors, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring cleanliness.


Provide occasional assistance in shipping, production, and marketing departments as needed.


Working in person at our office at 5092 François Cusson, Lachine, QC.

Willingness to work some evening and weekend hours remotely, if needed.

Language
Native-level fluency in both English and French for written and verbal communication is required. Candidates must be fully bilingual to be considered for this role. Language proficiency will be assessed and tested during the interview process.

~ 2+ years experience in customer/client-facing roles, preferably with online/e-commerce brands
~ Ability to quickly switch between tasks, apps, windows, and tabs without missing a beat
~ Ability to recognize when to apply existing policies and when to improve them
~ Hours: 9 am to 6 pm - Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)
