As a member of the Strategic Partnerships team, you will develop and maintain relationships source rare-earth bearing electronic scrap to be recycled. You will be based in our corporate office in Downtown Toronto and may potentially travel throughout North America to meet with sellers and attend conferences. Occasional visits to the company's engineering facilities in downtown Kingston, Ontario are possible. When not traveling, this team works 4 days-per-week in-person in the Toronto office.
Develop new relationships with sellers of feedstock, including Tech companies, electronics manufacturers, e-scrap facilities, and IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) companies.
Assist in the negotiation of long-term supply contracts, gathering and analyzing historical pricing information.
Handle inbound logistics, including product sampling and analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent
· 3-5 years of experience in the electronic scrap industry, bonus for direct experience in the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) industry
· Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
· Experience developing and managing relationships from lead generation through to contracting and operationalization.
· Working Style: Hybrid / In-person at our corporate office in Downtown Toronto 4 days a week in office, with occasional travel
