This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Superintendent located in Kamloops, BC. Its for a New Build - Hotel, starting in January 2026 with a 12 month schedule for completion. The Site Superintendent will oversee daily construction site operations, including managing schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. The role involves monitoring project progress, resolving site issues, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. The Site Superintendent will also be responsible for communicating updates to stakeholders and ensuring compliance with building codes and company policies.
Strong project management skills, including scheduling, progress tracking, and problem-solving.
Experience in construction site operations, workplace safety, and building codes.
Ability to effectively lead teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure quality control
Proficiency in communication, reporting, and stakeholder management as our head office is located in Langley, BC. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
Relationships with local trades an asset.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in commercial construction.
Relevant certifications such as Site Supervision, Occupational Health and Safety, and First Aid level 2 are a plus.
