The Product Manager will report to the CTO (Chief Technology Officer) and will be responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of several product roadmaps. This position will be the driving force behind various software products, guiding their development from conception to launch and beyond, while ensuring value is delivered to both customers and the business.

The Product Manager will create and manage the product backlog in an agile SDLC, providing expertise in user and market research, strategic business analysis, requirements elicitation and facilitation. Elicit requirements using a variety of formats and techniques including interviews, document analysis, workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists and competitive product analysis.
Lead sprint planning sessions to clarify the details of the sprint items and provide clear and concise acceptance criteria for user stories.
Work with Development Teams throughout the software development lifecycle to provide guidance, clarification, and support to ensure that the product is being built according to requirements and timelines.
Participate in product testing and validation to ensure that the final product meets quality standards and fulfills user needs.
Manage the entire product line life cycle from sunsetting legacy products to prototyping and testing new features/products and ideas.

7+ years of experience in a software development environment in an agile environment, owning and managing product backlog and releases in a matrixed environment.
~7+ years of marketing, development, sales, or product management experience.
~ Product Management certification is an asset.
~ Tech savvy and passionate about building products.
~ Track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and drive decision-making.
~ Strong analytical and synthesis skills are a must, including the ability to absorb and process large amounts of data into actionable information.
~ Experience with budgeting and financial analysis.
~ Experience with best practice agile scrum development and lean startup principles.
~ Must be a strong writer and public speaker in front of large, senior groups.
~ lead requirements/stakeholder analysis and verification; conduct impact analysis.
~ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills and the ability to quickly shift priorities and adapt to changes to meet organizational and department requirements.
~ MBA preferred.
