SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT - SECONDARY
The Senior Administrative Support - Secondary is responsible for all of the main office functions by performing, prioritizing, coordinating tasks and duties to ensure the administrative team meet timelines. The Senior Administrative Support acts as a resource to both internal and external individuals.
Advanced skills in various software applications, i.e. MS Office, including Excel. Preferred: Two year college diploma in Business Administration or related field. Knowledge of Simcoe County District School Board Policies, Administrative Procedures Memoranda, and Numbered Memoranda. Knowledge of board approved software, e.g. net, JD Edwards, PowerSchool student information system. Knowledge of basic office and accounting procedures. Knowledge of EQAO testing and reporting.
Testing may be required during the selection process.

Participation in the OMERS Pension Plan is mandatory for all full-time permanent employees, even if currently in receipt of an OMERS pension.
