We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Project Associate to join our growing Restoration team.Edison specializes in the repair and restoration of existing buildings, providing communication-focused professional engineering and project management services.As a Restoration Project Associate, you will be responsible for site reviews and assessments, various restoration reports, construction oversight, and client & contractor communication. You will work closely with senior engineers, project managers, and site contractors to ensure our clients’ restoration projects are completed on time and within budget.Responsibilities:Conducting site inspections and investigations to assess building conditions and identify areas of concernPerforming structural analysis and design of repair and restoration solutionsPreparing technical reports and project specificationsCollaborating with team members, clients, and contractors to develop project plans and schedulesEnsuring projects are completed on-time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable codes and regulationsProviding technical support during construction and performing field observations to ensure quality controlDeveloping and maintaining client relationshipsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field3+ years of experience in building repair and restoration engineeringStrong technical knowledge in structural analysis and designProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWe offer a competitive salary plus profit sharing bonus, and an excellent benefits package including Health Spending Account, Employee Assistance Program, Bonus Vacation Days, and generous RRSP Matching.
