Chez Protection Incendie Priorité , nous sommes reconnus pour notre expertise en installation de systèmes de gicleurs et notre rôle essentiel dans de nombreux projets de construction à Montréal et dans les environs.
Notre équipe grandit rapidement, et nous cherchons un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) de Projet motivé(e) pour soutenir nos opérations et contribuer au succès de nos projets.
Vous serez au cœur des opérations, en soutien direct aux gérants de projets et aux équipes de terrain. Vous assurerez la coordination, la logistique et le suivi administratif de projets de gicleurs, tout en maintenant un lien constant avec les entrepreneurs et les différents intervenants.
Soutenir les gérants de construction et de projets dans la gestion quotidienne
• Ouvrir et lancer les nouveaux projets dans nos systèmes internes
• Gérer la documentation et les dossiers administratifs
• Préparer et suivre les plans, fiches techniques et documents d’approbation
• Maintenir une communication fluide entre tous les intervenants du projet
• S’assurer que les plans et informations techniques sont toujours à jour pour toutes les équipes
• Préparer les documents de démarrage et les manuels de fin de projet
Formation en gestion de projet, construction ou domaine connexe (atout)
• Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et des plateformes de gestion de projets
• Type d’emploi : Temps plein, permanent
Assurances complète (dentaire, médicale, vision, vie)
• Anglais : un atout
