You’ll collaborate with strategists, media buyers, and creators to craft video ads that not only engage but also drive action for our 6, 7, and 8-figure Shopify partner brands.This position starts as pay-per-account and transitions to full-time after the initial 60 days.We support 15+ brands eager for growth, and we need a talented video editor who understands the power of video in scaling brands through Meta and TikTok ads. Who Are We Looking For?To thrive here, you must have:Mastery in motion graphics: Create seamless transitions and use music and video to evoke emotion and drive viewer action.Exceptional attention to detail: You can hook people in from the first second and maintain engagement throughout.Speed and quality: You’re quick without sacrificing quality, and you know how to balance both to meet tight deadlines.Creativity and resourcefulness: You never run out of ideas and can repurpose existing content to make fresh, engaging ads.This role is not for beginners. We need someone with a proven track record of creating high-converting, engaging ad creatives. You must be able to show examples of successful Meta and TikTok video ads you've worked on.Your ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging, high-converting video ads with strong hooks.Integrate motion graphics, transitions, and music to amplify emotional impact.Work closely with strategists to ensure alignment with marketing goals.Analyze video ad performance weekly and adjust strategies based on data.Collaborate with our team to create visually appealing and effective ads that drive results.
