Assist with development of data repository for CT REIT record retention system
Assist with additional data analysis-focused projects as required
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Law, or a related discipline
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Document management systems experience an asset (Lucernex, Content Manager, Yardi, etc.)
Previous experience within legal environment an asset
Previous experience with real estate environment an asset
We have adopted a hybrid work model whereby employees use a combination of working in office and virtually in service of outcomes. This role will require a minimum three days a week onsite at our Toronto campus.
CT Real Estate Investment Trust (CT REIT) is an unincorporated, closed-end real estate investment trust formed to own income-producing commercial properties located primarily in Canada.
