As an HR Coordinator, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers. Respond to HR-related questions in a timely manner and conduct research when necessary.
# Create and maintain HR employee files and sort/filing various department records and documents.
# Ensure all Human Resources documentation for staff is prepared and processed in a timely manner.
# Provide administration support for various HR processes including performance management and grievance procedure.
# Create regular reports and presentations on HR data.

Undergraduate degree with post-graduate diploma or courses in HR.
Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative/coordinator role.
Excellent computer skills particularly Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Note: This is an in-office position. All staff must have received the required doses of a Health Canada-approved COVID-19 vaccine.
