Agent de Réservations et Services Clients - Pullman Paris Montparnasse 4* H/F
Le/La AGENT Pullman Connect H/Fprend en charge les réservations reçues par téléphone et par Internet (via le système de réservations) et tente de répondre au mieux aux besoins de la clientèle et de la fidéliser en lui offrant un accueil de qualité. Le principal objectif de le/laAGENT de RESERVATION et SERVICE CLIENTest d’appréhender au mieux le besoin des clients afin de leur proposer des solutions adaptées. Imprime et concilie quotidiennement la trace, le visa et le rapport des réservations du jour
Maximise les occupations de chambres et les revenus, en lien avec les stratégies de vente, tout en effectuant un contrôle régulier des disponibilités
Assure le standard téléphonique interne et externe de l'hôtel ainsi que les prises de commandes du Room-Service
Diplomé.e d’une école d’hôtellerie/commerce ou diplôme universitaire
Minimum d’un an d’expérience en Réception ou Réservations au sein d’un hôtel 4 ou 5 étoiles de préférence
Maitrise du français et parfaitement bilingue anglais
Connaissance d’une troisième langue (chinois, mandarin, espagnol…)
Maitrise des logiciels de réservations et d’Opéra
Restaurant d'hôtel avec des menus équilibrés cuisinés par une équipe dédiée
