🔑 What You’ll Be Doing :

As our HR Generalist, you’ll play a key role in delivering HR solutions that empower employees and leadership. You’ll oversee key HR functions at multiple locations, including:

HR Policy Alignment: Partnering with management to align HR practices with company goals and objectives.

Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and providing guidance.

Recruitment & Onboarding: Managing job postings, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Performance Management: Supporting performance reviews, training, and development initiatives.

HRIS & Payroll: Managing employee data, time tracking, and ensuring payroll and benefits are processed accurately.

Employee Engagement: Contributing to a positive work culture through employee programs and initiatives.

Compliance: Ensuring adherence to Canadian employment laws and company policies.

💼 What We’re Looking For :

To succeed in this role, we’re looking for candidates with:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Labour Relations.

CHRP Designation (an asset).

5+ years of experience in Human Resources Administration and HRIS systems.

Bilingual (English required, French is a bonus).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships at all levels.

In-depth knowledge of Canadian employment laws and experience with unionized workplaces.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

High attention to accuracy and detail when managing sensitive information.

Excellent time management, stress management, and project management skills.
