Are you passionate about E-commerce and ready to take on a dynamic role that combines strategy, sales, and continuous improvement efforts? Join us as the overseer of strategic E-commerce accounts in the US and the UK, where you'll not only manage platforms like eBay, Walmart, and Amazon but also expand into new territories and retail-type accounts. The individual in this role is responsible for overseeing all strategic E-commerce accounts in the US and the UK, encompassing comprehensive management of various aspects including service level metrics, sales, and continuous improvement efforts.
Oversee all aspects of Online Ecommerce Account(s) eBay, Walmart, Amazon (Seller Central / Vendor Central)

Manage future retail-type accounts, such as Walmart (1P)
Possess knowledge of PPC campaigns and Keyword Targeting to drive targeted traffic and conversions
Take responsibility for Sales Promotions and implement SEO strategies for improved visibility and rankings
Maintain Brand Registry for brand protection and enhanced brand presence
Understand A+ content and store management to optimize product listings and improve customer experience
Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to refine strategies and drive better outcomes
Ensure listing optimization on all marketplaces to maximize product visibility and sales potential
Manage and respond to customer feedback, addressing concerns and maintaining a positive brand image
Promote a collaborative work environment, encouraging effective communication and cross-training initiatives to enhance team productivity, versatility, and skill development
Undertakes additional responsibilities and tasks as directed by management
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
5+ years of experience with online retail required (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Newegg)
Automotive experience preferred
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in online marketplaces required
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
Demonstrates the ability to design workflows and procedures, generate innovative solutions, identify and resolve issues promptly, and coordinate projects effectively
Displays proficiency in project management and coordination
Shows the capacity to generate creative solutions
Demonstrates skill in writing routine reports and correspondence
Displays diligence in completing tasks in a timely manner, utilizing effective time management skills
