We are seeking an Account Manager who is value-oriented and has a known record of accomplishment for retaining clients through their impeccable customer service and insurance knowledge. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
• Assist clients in policy changes, cancellations, or any amendments to be made to client’s policies
• Answer inquiries from our telephone queue line and email channel regarding billing from existing clients
• Remain knowledgeable in underwriting guidelines for P&C insurance
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an Insurance Brokerage channel and customer service
• RIBO License is required
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Insurance Account Management/Client relationship-building experience is required
