Our bankruptcy and insolvency client in Abbotsford is looking for motivated individuals to join the team as Client Support Specialists (CSS). As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the organization by providing exceptional support to our Estate Managers and clients throughout the proposal process. Your responsibilities will include communicating with clients, organizing documents, and ensuring smooth coordination with our team of Estate Managers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients via telephone, email, text, or mail regarding outstanding documents, upcoming appointments, and inquiries related to the proposal process.
  • Organize, convert, store, and label documents submitted by clients.
  • Communicate with Estate Managers regarding the status of client files.
  • Update spreadsheets and with current client communications.
  • Reschedule appointments as necessary to accommodate client needs.
  • Instruct clients through the document submission process.
  • Monitor and organize Estate Managers' calendars, including scheduling Review Appointments and Follow-Up Appointments.
  • Schedule and actively participate in monthly meetings to review unqualified leads.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule.
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with spreadsheet software.
  • Prior experience in client support or a similar role is a plus but not required.
