15+ years experience as an Organizational Change Manager ( OCM ) supporting complex transformational projects in a large corporation
~ Spearhead complex organizational transformations by developing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies
~ Developing OCM strategies including communication, sponsor roadmap, learning, coaching, and management of risk acceptance/resistance
