Notre client est une institution bancaire et financière internationale dont les divisions sont situées en Amérique, en Europe, en Asie et au Moyen-Orient. Ils établissent leur premier bureau canadien et s'attendent à une croissance exponentielle.

En tant que Vice-président(e) partenaire d'affaires en ressources humaines (HRBP), vous jouerez un rôle de leadership crucial dans le guidage et l'amélioration des opérations RH au sein d'une grande banque à Montréal. Ce poste de haut niveau nécessite un professionnel expérimenté en RH capable de mettre en œuvre des initiatives stratégiques et de promouvoir une culture d'excellence. Vous serez responsable de la gestion d'un large éventail de fonctions RH ayant un impact significatif sur la gestion des talents, le développement organisationnel et l'engagement des employés.

Ce que vous ferez :

- Développer et exécuter des stratégies RH alignées sur les objectifs de la banque, favorisant une culture de haute performance et un fort engagement des employés.

- Diriger des processus complets de recrutement, de la recherche à l'entrevue en passant par la négociation des offres, y compris la planification stratégique des effectifs.

- Mettre en œuvre des programmes innovants d'intégration et de départ pour rationaliser l'intégration et le départ des employés.

- Gérer les programmes de gestion des talents tels que la gestion des performances, la planification de la relève, le développement du leadership, et superviser les programmes d'analystes et de stagiaires des marchés mondiaux.

- Collaborer avec les chefs de département et les collègues mondiaux en RH sur les évaluations des talents, les évaluations des compétences et les initiatives de développement ciblées.

- Gérer les relations avec les employés, coacher les gestionnaires sur les problèmes de performance et collaborer avec des conseillers externes au besoin pour les enquêtes internes.

- Superviser la rémunération, les avantages sociaux, les exercices de promotion annuelle, et veiller à ce que les décisions soient alignées sur les données du marché et la performance.

- Servir de conseiller de confiance à la haute direction sur des questions RH complexes et des initiatives stratégiques.

- Promouvoir la diversité, l'équité et l'inclusion, en favorisant un environnement de respect et d'appartenance.

- Garantir la conformité légale, notamment avec les lois du travail du Québec, et gérer la mobilité et les opportunités de développement de carrière.

- Agir en tant qu'agent du changement, en impulsant le changement organisationnel et l'amélioration continue.

Qualifications :

Exigences éducatives :

- Diplôme de premier cycle en ressources humaines, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe. Diplôme avancé (par exemple, MBA) préférable. Certification professionnelle en RH (par exemple, CHRP, SHRM-SCP) fortement souhaitée.

- Expérience requise :

- Minimum de 5 à 7 ans d'expérience progressive en RH dans le secteur financier, de préférence en couvrant les fonctions commerciales et de négoce, avec au moins 3 ans dans un rôle de direction.

- Solide expérience de collaboration avec des cadres supérieurs pour faire progresser les stratégies RH et relever des défis organisationnels complexes.

- Compétences et aptitudes :

- Solides compétences en leadership et en influence, capable d'inspirer et de motiver les équipes.

- Compétences exceptionnelles en communication,

- Capable de bâtir des relations et de communiquer efficacement à tous les niveaux de l'organisation,

- Pensée stratégique avec une approche orientée résultats et expérience dans l'utilisation de métriques RH pour la prise de décision.

- Compétences analytiques et résolution de problèmes, avec une approche proactive pour relever les défis RH. Intégrité élevée, professionnalisme et confidentialité.

Soft skills :

- Excellentes compétences en présentation, capable d'articuler des idées complexes à des publics diversifiés.

- Capacité à s'épanouir dans un environnement dynamique, en s'adaptant rapidement aux changements.
